Summary:
I have been in the construction trade for 23 years. I have managed jobs from $50,000 to $80,000,000 dollars. My ability to read and interpret prints, specifications, as well as, communicate that understanding and knowledge to section leaders, architects, owners, co-workers and subs are my strongest attributes. I have also been involved on many jobs to help value engineer projects to help with budget and time constraint issues. Safety in the work force is my first priority. Quality, scheduling, performance, pro-activity and innovation are my talents and attributes that I can offer to your company.
Goals:
I have yet to learn all but the knowledge I have retained, it is time to give back. While working with a company that is result oriented and seeks individuals that are highly motivated, a company should also seek individuals that are able to inspire, motivate, educate and enlighten. To feel the trade and the excitement of the build is always a key element to my pursuit to excellence.
